Started in 2003, Momento is Australia’s most established premium photo book software company devoted to producing your photo memories in beautiful, hardcover coffee-table books, greeting cards, calendars, diaries and notebooks.
After winning numerous printing and photography awards including being on the BRW Fast Starters List, 2007, 2008, 2009 the business and brand needed an overhaul. By bench testing what we know about the current state of the market, competition, and customer insights, we embarked on a strategic journey that included a strategic workshop session to find the inner truth of the brand.
